OmbudmanSA's Final Ruling on Freedom of Information request to South Adelaide Local Health Network

Although at a glance it appears that OmbudsmanSA has ruled mainly in my favour I am limited in my ability to comment as I am yet to thoroughly read the following. However, I do question the exclusion of certain private communications & DANGERS of private communications being made without any right to reply given the fact that I am unaware of the existence of any relevant third parties. I will bite my tongue on these ATM as the only possible parties these could be are extremely biased with ulterior motives &/or of questionable character.
