Although minimal certain substances found within Dad's blood provide evidence of cultural significance of certain substances. Although no Naltrexone was found in Dad's blood as he had recently ceased the medication with is medically understood to drastically reduce opioid tolerance, having witnessed Dads substance use for several decades & due to the noticeable physical difference I recall in his demeanour the last time I saw him alive - I strongly expect that Naltrexone was as much of a contributing factor to his "overdose" as circumstances related to unregulated black markets created by the "war on drugs".
